John Clark - EVP and Chief Business Development Officer, Fenway Sports Management

John Clark brings more than a 20 year track record of success to his role as EVP and Chief Business Development Officer for FSM. Clark oversees the sales team focused on selling integrated sponsorship and marketing partnerships across Fenway Sports Group’s prestigious portfolio of properties which include the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool Football Club, Roush Fenway Racing and the New England Sports Network.  Additionally, the group works with a variety of closely related partners such as LeBron James and Uninterrupted, the PGA Tour and the Northern Trust Golf tournament among others. Clark is also focused more broadly on developing and executing an integrated growth strategy across all lines of the FSM Business including the Consulting, Events and Experiences division as well as the Special Events Unit.   Clark leverages his experience driving high-impact sales opportunities for elite sports properties throughout his career, Clark has had the privilege to represent a variety of properties including MSG Sports, the New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Rangers (NHL),the New York Liberty (WNBA), the Miami Dolphins (NFL),  and the Houston Rockets (NBA). Clark began his career in Minor League Baseball helping to start the Lakewood BlueClaws and spending time with the Norwich Navigators and Kinston Indians early in his career. 

Personally, John has been involved with the Big Brother/Big Sisters Organization over the past 15 years in some capacity in most of the markets he has lived in.  He currently sits on the Board of Advisors for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Mass Bay.  Additionally – John has raised more than $100,000 for the Golf Fights Cancer Foundation having completed 5 Boston Marathons in recent years.  

John lives in Natick, MA with his wife Keri and two boys, Jackson and Tyler.
